Job responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements (acrylic, gel, and natural nails).
- Execute custom nail art designs, polish applications, and structural enhancements tailored to client requests while upholding salon quality guidelines.
- Consult with clients to recommend personalized nail care routines, appropriate treatments, and professional retail products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and work areas in line with salon standards.
- Manage appointments, ensure timely service, and maintain client records.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in managing the inventory of salon supplies and professional nail products.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Keep up to date with new nail trends, techniques, and products.
What we are looking for
- Relevant beauty qualifications are preferred
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Proven skills in delivering manicure and pedicure services
- Proficient in gel and nail polish applications
- Strong communication abilities with a focus on customer service
