As a registered provider for the NDIS and Department of Veterans’ Affairs, PB Builds also specialises in accessible modifications. The team works closely with occupational therapists to deliver tailored solutions like ramps, widened doorways and step-free bathrooms that meet both functional and aesthetic needs. The result is a company that combines craftsmanship with care, delivering outcomes that make a genuine difference to people's lives.

Who are you?

Well, firstly do people generally describe you as:

• A quick learner and commercially savvy;
• Good at juggling multiple priorities at the same time;
• Very goal driven and energetic;
• Self-confident but not overbearing;
• Someone who enjoys meeting with OT professionals and helping them assist their patients;
• A creative and adaptable thinker;
• Comfortable in taking charge of when needed;
• Good under pressure;
• Resilient;
• Pro-active and keen to take the initiative;
• Good at reading both people - and the facts; and
• Methodologically able to approach the sales process in a well organised way

If they do and you have 3+ years' experience of successful partnership and referral building in the NDIS or related sectors, then we'd be keen to meet. 

The gig

It's an interesting role which will see you building new and adding to existing relationships with Occupational Therapists all around the Surf Coast and Geelong. 

You'll be in a hybrid work situation - plenty of site visits, time at the office in Torquay and occasionally working from home.

A base salary of $80-$90K, plus Super is on offer. Your achievements will see you earn in excess of $150K - which will be uncapped.
