    The Role  The therapist joining this multidisciplinary team will be responsible for delivering evidence-based services to clients using multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals may originate from the NDIS, Medicare, or private sources.

    This is a mobile role that offers the flexibility to work from home or the company's hubs when not seeing clients.

    The responsibilities for this position include:

    • Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities.

    • Working within the NDIS framework to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement.

    • Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields).

    • Ensuring timely documentation and report writing.

    • Managing a varied caseload.

    • Meeting professional expectations (e.g., meeting billable targets and effective client management).

    • Attending meetings, supervision, and engaging in personal development (as required).

    • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including fellow therapists, clients, and referral sources.

    • Working across leading software platforms and online tools.

     The New Graduate Program The organization has developed a specifically tailored New Graduate Program designed to smooth the transition for recent graduates entering the workplace. The 12-month program fully supports new clinicians, enabling them to acquire the skills needed to launch a successful career from the moment they start.

    • Police Check and International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas).

    • A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
