Key Responsibilities:

l Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, maintain office supplies, manage correspondence, and ensure a safe, organized, and professional working environment.

l Financial Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, coordinate invoicing, follow up on client accounts, and liaise with the accounting department/ATO records as needed.

l Supply Chain & Logistics Support: Assist with administrative documentation related to the import, wholesale, and retail distribution of construction glass and hardware.

l HR Support & Compliance: Maintain internal records, coordinate staff schedules for our local and foreign workforce, and support recruitment or onboarding processes.

l Customer Service Coordination: Handle escalated phone calls or emails from wholesale and retail clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

l Executive Assistance: Provide high-level administrative support to the Director and management team as required.

Job Requirements:

Ø Education: Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Law, Management, or a related discipline.

Ø Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in office management or senior administrative roles.

Ø Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is required to effectively communicate with local clients and overseas suppliers.

Ø Administrative Excellence: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage business records, coordinate logistics/workflows, and support daily office operations efficiently.

Ø Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with company management, internal team members, and external stakeholders (such as clients and suppliers).
