We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to coordinate daily office operations and support our growing team. You will be the central hub of our office environment, ensuring smooth administrative processes, effective resource allocation, and a positive workplace culture. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency as we continue to expand across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall office administrative operations, including showroom visit coordination, and set office service standards.
- Coordinate with other departments and branches to maintain efficient internal workflows.
- Develop and manage office procedures, document control, filing systems and compliance records.
- Support human resources functions, including onboarding, record management, and employee benefits coordination.
- Assist with financial administration including invoicing, reimbursements, and basic bookkeeping support.
- Monitor and allocate office resources, equipment, and supplies; manage procurement plans.
- Coordinate internal meetings, prepare meeting materials and minutes.
- Assist management with reporting, meeting coordination, and project support.
- Support general business operations as the company continues to scale.
- Ensure the office’s workplace health & safety compliance and conduct regular inspections.
Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management or a similar role, with a strong ability to manage office systems and administrative processes.
- Experience in document control, compliance records, basic financial administration.
- Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, solve operational issues and support management decisions.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and general office software.
- Fluency in English is a requirement. Mandarin language skills will be considered an advantage.
