Our client is a leading and innovative national company specialising in automation software solutions. Due to growth, we have an exciting career opportunity for a highly customer focused Onboarding & Customer Success Manager to join their team in Geelong VIC. The Onboarding & Customer Success Manager plays an integral role within the company to ensure the workflow design process, project planning, implementation of the software meets individual client business needs, along with providing ongoing customer support to the client.
The role:
- Liaising with clients during the onboarding and integration process to identify individual workflow requirements, processes and software needs unique to their business
- Develop an action plan in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders, and project manage the integration and implementation process through to completion
- Work closely with clients on data collection/migrated to ensure smooth transition
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and ease of use
- Assist with client training and basic ongoing technical support
- Assist in the satisfactory delivery of all products and services
What we’re looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, IT or similar
- Industry experience in a similar tech/software role (preferred)
- Ability to identify client needs, develop project plans on budget and on time
- Exposure to software development or software project management (client facing) would be highly (favourable)
- Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and determined to adapt quickly
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data management, intermediate-advanced excel
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised with experience managing client projects
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your time
- Ability to work in a team environment to ensure deadlines are met
- Strong willingness to provide high quality customer service and positive results for clients
