Are you an optical dispenser who’s looking for a new challenge, over working on weekends, and tired of pushing products you don’t really believe in?
As a private practice, we focus on behavioural optometry and neuro-optometry. We help children with learning difficulties gain confidence. We assist concussion patients with returning back to work. Or we help patients who are visually overstimulated feel comfortable in their own skin.
If these are the types of stories you want to be part of, we want to hear from you.
Why you’ll love working for us:
About you:
You love being a dispenser. You’re a qualified dispenser or you have at least 4 years’ experience as an optical assistant. You like the reward of working with challenging cases including prism, tinted lenses, etc.
If Excel spreadsheets were a person, you’d be that person. You’re highly organised, plan ahead, get admin done efficiently, and unread emails in an inbox is your biggest pet peeve.
You’ve got a keen sense of style. You’re an old hand at frame styling. You know what frames go with what faces, and can effortlessly guide patients to make the right choice.
You’re comfortable with sales. Not in a sleazy way. No, you like to ask questions, recommend the best products, and clearly explain the benefits without being pushy.
People love you. You’re the type of person patients leave 5-star reviews for. You can relate with anyone - from children to retirees and anyone in between. Your customer experience is top notch.
Company values:
These are the values we will never compromise on:
Discipline. We show up, we do the work, we get it done. In our team, everyone has to pull their own weight.
Education. There’s always more to learn. And we’re always looking for opportunities to expand our knowledge.
Empathy. We care about the people we serve. Our number one aim is to help them become the best version of themselves.
Excellence. We do things right, the first time. People come to us because we give them the best.
