About the Business

Irving Rocha Pty Ltd (ABN 68 667 466 024) operates two growing e-commerce businesses: Cooki Haircare (cookihaircare.com), a haircare brand that sells ultra-foaming shampoo and conditioner bars, and Eurowalls (www.eurowalls.com.au), an e-commerce business in the interiors space. Both brands operate under the same legal entity and are in a period of active growth, requiring dedicated operational and analytical support to manage the complexity of running two distinct businesses within a single organisational structure.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Organisation and Methods Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a key cross-functional role responsible for analysing, designing and implementing efficient business processes and procedures across both Cooki Haircare and Eurowalls. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director to drive operational excellence and ensure both brands are supported by clear, well-documented systems and processes as we continue to grow.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Analyse existing business processes and workflows across both Cooki Haircare and Eurowalls – including operations, sales, marketing, supply chain, customer service and supplier-related processes such as sales outreach, onboarding, and order placement– identifying inefficiencies and gaps and recommending practical improvements;
2. Design and implement standardised operating procedures (SOPs), process maps and operational frameworks applicable to both brands, ensuring consistency and scalability across the business;
3. Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior management on process improvements, resource allocation and organisational structure across both brands;
4. Liaise with the Director and key stakeholders to gather process data, map current-state workflows and develop future-state solutions tailored to each brand’s requirements;
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes using defined KPIs and performance metrics, reporting findings to the Director; Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation and procedural manuals across Cooki Haircare and Eurowalls in line with business standards;
6. Assess how work, responsibilities and resources are allocated across both brands, identifying inefficiencies and advising the Directors on how to best allocate tasks and resources among the team to optimise operations across Cooki Haircare and Eurowalls;

Requirements

1. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field; a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is highly desirable;
2. At least two (1) year of demonstrated experience in business process analysis, organisational design or a closely related discipline;
3. Proven ability to analyse complex operational problems across multiple business units and develop practical, scalable procedural solutions;
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable;
5. High proficiency in business documentation tools and process mapping software;
6. Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple brands, working with a high degree of autonomy, accuracy and attention to detail.

Remuneration

Annual salary of AUD $110,000 + superannuation, based on 38 hours per week.
