We’re partnering with a Sydney-based education consultation agency to find confident, engaging and professional outbound callers to support their growing team.
  
This is a high-volume, outbound calling role with the intent to convert into an appointment. In this role, you will be speaking with parents of high school students, using provided scripts and conversation techniques to open conversations and book appointments.
  
About the opportunity:
This ongoing casual role (12 hours per week) is perfect for returning to work parents, or semi-retired professionals wanting flexible income.

  • Immediate start
  • 4 hours per day, 3 days per week(Tuesday - Thursday, choose your hours within set calling windows)
  • $36ph + super
  • Fully remote role – work anywhere in Australia, operating on a Sydney schedule

Equipment requirements:

  • Must have your own PC/laptop with min. Intel i5 processor (i7 preferred)
  • Must have your own headset
  • Mobile with an Australian phone number
  • Fully licensed Microsoft Office desktop apps preferred
  • Fast, reliable internet (100mbps+)
  • Quiet, private workspace

About the role:
You will be calling parents of high-school-aged students, so empathy, warmth, and the ability to actively listen are key.

  • High volume outbound calls with a mix of new and old leads
  • Convert conversations into booked appointments and adhere to conversion KPIs
  • Speaking to parents of high school aged students
  • Accurately complete required admin, including mandatory end-of-day reporting
  • Work toward clear KPIs and call volume benchmarks

About you:

  • Previous experience with outbound calling or appointment setting is essential
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident, engaging, and comfortable with outbound calling
  • Organised and able to work autonomously
  • Must be based in Australia
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • As this is an ongoing role, full working rights are required
