About the Role 

We are looking for a driven and enthusiasticStore Supervisor to join the team at ourBras N Things Mt Barker Store. 

This is a part time position at 22 hours per week. 

  • Leading by example to create memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and supported 

  • Supporting the training and development of your team, helping them build confidence and capability to deliver on store budgets and KPIs 

  • Managing high stock volumes — you’re hands-on and happy to support with deliveries and stock processes alongside your team 

  • A clear and supportive communicator, able to delegate tasks effectively and bring the team along with you 

  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask on the shop floor, including working independently during quieter periods 

  • Collaborating with the Store Manager on operational and ad hoc tasks, contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment
