The Role
This is a true end-to-end payroll position where you’ll be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through to offboarding—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless payroll experience.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing for a large and varied workforce
- Managing onboarding and offboarding, including final pays
- Interpreting EBAs and relevant awards to ensure compliance
- Handling payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate employee records and payroll data
- Processing leave, superannuation, and statutory obligations
- Supporting audits and reporting requirements
About You
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong understanding of EBAs, awards, and payroll legislation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across all levels
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own deadlines
- Experience within high-volume or complex environments is highly regarded
