The Role

This is a true end-to-end payroll position where you’ll be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through to offboarding—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless payroll experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. End-to-end payroll processing for a large and varied workforce
  2. Managing onboarding and offboarding, including final pays
  3. Interpreting EBAs and relevant awards to ensure compliance
  4. Handling payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
  5. Maintaining accurate employee records and payroll data
  6. Processing leave, superannuation, and statutory obligations
  7. Supporting audits and reporting requirements

About You

  1. Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
  2. Strong understanding of EBAs, awards, and payroll legislation
  3. High attention to detail and accuracy
  4. Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across all levels
  5. Ability to work autonomously and manage your own deadlines
  6. Experience within high-volume or complex environments is highly regarded
