This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of end-to-end people operations while driving strategic HR initiatives across a values-driven education environment.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage and enhance all core HR functions, with a balance of operational delivery and strategic impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Employee relations and industrial matters, including policy and compliance
  • Training and development initiatives to support capability uplift
  • Leading engagement and wellbeing surveys and action planning
  • Driving improvements in induction and employer branding
  • Supporting and implementing HRIS enhancements
  • Providing trusted HR advice and partnering with leaders across the organisation

This role plays a critical part in streamlining people practices, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
What youll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a generalist or senior HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and industrial relations frameworks
  • Experience working in complex or regulated environments (education highly regarded)
  • Confidence advising leaders and influencing stakeholders
  • Availability to commence immediately or at short notice
