From new builds to commercial fitouts, our team delivers exceptional wall and ceiling finishes across a diverse range of projects. As our project pipeline continues to grow, we are seeking three experienced tradespeople to join us on a full-time basis.

Positions Available

We are currently recruiting for the following full-time roles:

1. Carpenter
2. Plasterer (Wall & Ceiling)
3. Renderer

Key Responsibilities

Carpenter

1. Install wall framing, ceiling frameworks, and partition systems across residential and commercial projects
2. Fix and finish plasterboard (Gyprock) systems, including stopping, setting, and taping
3. Install suspended ceiling frameworks, including concealed grid, exposed grid, and bulkhead systems
4. Fit doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, and associated joinery
5. Read and interpret architectural plans, construction drawings, and specifications
6. Coordinate with plasterers and other tradespeople on active sites to ensure seamless project delivery

Plasterer (Wall & Ceiling)

1. Apply base coat, finish coat, and texture to internal walls and ceilings on residential and commercial projects
2. Install and set plasterboard (Gyprock) and suspended ceiling systems to a high standard of finish
3. Prepare surfaces including patching, sanding, and priming prior to application
4. Install cornices, shadow lines, and decorative plaster features as required
5. Tape and set plasterboard joints to specified tolerances and client finish standards
6. Read and interpret building plans and project specifications

Renderer

1. Apply cement, acrylic, and texture render systems to internal and external surfaces
2. Prepare and treat substrates, including cleaning, priming, and applying bonding agents
3. Install render systems including expanded metal lath, control joints, beading, and foam mouldings
4. Mix render materials to correct ratios and consistency in accordance with manufacturer specifications
5. Ensure all finishes meet client specifications, quality standards, and project requirements
6. Maintain tools and equipment and adhere to safe handling of render materials on site

Requirements

The following requirements apply to all three positions:

1. Relevant trade qualification (Certificate III or equivalent) preferred
2. Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in plastering, Gyprock, or ceiling fitout work
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality finishes
5. Willingness to undertake ongoing training and comply with company procedures
6. Full compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements on site
