We are looking for a dedicated Project Administrator to support our growing projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional project support to busy project teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Organize project feasibility analysis, clarify project goals and scope, consider the required technical and management requirements, and establish new project documents according to the company's project management process.
- Prepare work plans, manage overall project timelines, allocate resources, create responsibility assignment matrices, and coordinate team roles.
- Supervise project execution, control progress, facilitate internal and external communications, report on project status, and ensure smooth delivery
- Analyse and formulate project budgets, continuously monitor and control costs, and ensure high-quality completion within budget.
- Maintain complete and accurate project paperwork, ensuring all documents are accessible to team members and stakeholders as needed.
- Organise regular project meetings to review progress, identify challenges, discuss stage arrangements, and coordinate solutions to achieve project goals.
- Organise project acceptance, summarise completion status into a final project report, and provide insights for future projects.
Qualification and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project administration and coordination
- Proactive, organised, and able to think ahead to anticipate project needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
