About the Role
As a Project Administrator at GHS, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of hospitality industry projects, including integrated management solution rollouts, international partnership projects, and compliance-related initiatives. This role focuses on end-to-end project administrative support, compliance oversight, and cross-team/cross-region coordination. You will work closely with internal teams and business partners to drive project efficiency and support our operational excellence goals.
Key Responsibilities
1.Provide comprehensive administrative coordination.
2.Coordinate communication between project teams and cross-regional partners, synchronize project progress, convey requirements.
3.Prepare, review and manage project-related documents for instance contracts, compliance files, etc.
4.Assist in organizing project meetings, responsible for meeting preparation, minutes taking and follow-up on action items to promote the achievement of milestones.
5.Provide administrative support for project budgets, assist in expense registration, reimbursement collation and budget execution tracking, and cooperate with the finance team to complete cost verification.
6.Maintain project ledgers, track milestones and compliance implementation, and promptly feedback potential issues.
7.Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to cooperate in completing compliance inspections related to labor, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection.
8.Support administrative work related to the company’s international business expansion, collate project materials, and coordinate administrative docking for cooperation projects.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, minimum 6 years’ experience as a Project Administrator.
2.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with basic project document collation and progress tracking skills.
3.Familiarity with basic project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is an advantage, facilitating efficient project tracking and coordination.
4.Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight project deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
5.Good interpersonal skills and cultural awareness, capable of communicating professionally with global partners from diverse backgrounds.
6.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
