Position Overview
- Job Title: Project Coordinator – High-End Residential Housing
- Location: South Yarra, VIC
- Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time ($80,000–$110,000 plus super)
- Hours: 40–55 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and milestones.
- Interpret architectural drawings and coordinate with consultants and trades.
- Oversee project budgets and implement effective cost control strategies.
- Manage resources and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure on-site quality control and compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Proactively resolve issues to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.
About You
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in high-end residential project management.
- Strong understanding of custom construction processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient with project management tools and scheduling software.
