Overview:

Kilmore Group is a Specialist Remediation Contractor focusing on value creation and quality delivery, with the objective of structuring and deploying over 100 full-time specialist staff from professional and trade backgrounds to repair and prolong the longevity of client assets. Kilmore Group draws upon deep technical expertise and a profound understanding of the construction process for projects involving façade systems, waterproofing concrete repair, remedial works, and modular construction.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This is a full-time ongoing position, working 40 hours per week based in Osborne Park, WA.

Main tasks:

-Developing, reviewing, and negotiating changes to contracts, projects, and services.

-Responding to enquiries and sorting out any issues with contracts, projects, or services.

-Managing the paperwork for contracts, projects, and services.

-Overseeing contractors and reporting on any changes to work orders.

-Preparing and reviewing reports

-Analysing project data and reporting on outcomes.

-Coordinating resources and vendors.

-Making sure projects are on time, within scope, and on budget.

-Developing project plans and objectives with input from all stakeholders.

-Ensuring resources are available and properly allocated.

-Recommending best practices and handling any changes in the project.

-Tracking project progress and reporting back to management.

-Managing client and stakeholder relationships.

-Handling risk management to minimise project risks.

-Building and maintaining relationships with third parties and vendors.

-Keeping comprehensive project documentation up to date.

-Running meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience:

-Minimum of a relevant Diploma qualification

-At least 3 years’ relevant industry experience

Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge:

-Strong project management and organisational skills.

-Proficiency in project management software and tools.

-Ability to analyse data and generate reports.

-Working effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

-Ability to prioritise client needs and maintain strong relationships.

-Ability to clearly convey information to stakeholders at all levels.

-Accuracy in documentation and reporting.
