This renowned studio is actively seeking a highly organized and process-driven Project Lead furniture procurement and delivery on Commercial projects. This key role focuses on logistics, coordination, and ensuring seamless project execution across commercial and residential spaces. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement, logistics, and installation schedules for multiple projects
• Coordinate freight, warehousing, and site delivery processes
• Track budgets, timelines, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
• Lead project execution from client approval through installation and defect management
• Support team development by training new consultants, refining systems, and promoting best practices

Skills and Experiences:

• Strong organizational and communication skills with experience in furniture or related industries
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Quotient, Xero, Notion, and advanced Excel skills
• Ability to oversee logistics, lead teams, and communicate effectively with clients and suppliers
• Experience with technical workflows including site coordination, signoffs, and defect resolution
