    The Opportunity

    We’re looking for a Psychologist who wants more than just a job — someone who values balance, support, and meaningful work.

    In this role, you’ll support NDIS participants to improve their mental health and wellbeing, while working within a team that genuinely has your back.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans

    • Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, ACT, DBT and more)

    • Maintain accurate and ethical client documentation

    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, person-centered care

    • Engage in ongoing supervision, professional development, and reflective practice

    What Your Week Will Look Like

    • 4–5 client sessions per day — no unrealistic expectations

    • Built-in time for reports and case notes

    • Weekly team collaboration with OTs, BSPs & Support Coordinators

    • Regular supervision and peer case discussions

    What We’re Looking For

    • Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA

    • Minimum 2 years post-registration experience

    • Strong skills in evidence-based therapies

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • A genuine commitment to ethical, client-centered practice

    • Experience working with children, adolescents, or complex needs

    • Additional language skills to support a diverse community
