About the Role
Sri Aditi Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store presentation and stock levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Determining product mix, stock levels, and service standards
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
- Promoting and advertising the establishment’s goods and services
- Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Undertaking budgeting for the establishment
- Controlling selection, training, and supervision of staff
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar retail management role
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Relevant qualifications in retail management or business (desirable)
