Retail Manager

We at Litani Bathroom Supplies are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee daily operations of our bathroom supplies retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store performance, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient stock control across a wide range of bathroom fittings, accessories, and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day retail operations of the bathroom supplies store
2. Supervise, train, and support sales staff to achieve sales targets
3. Ensure high standards of customer service and product presentation
4. Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, and manage inventory control
5. Develop sales strategies and promotional activities to increase store revenue
6. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and product recommendations
7. Maintain visual merchandising standards across showroom displays
8. Prepare sales reports, monitor budgets, and analyse store performance
9. Liaise with suppliers regarding product availability and pricing
10. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in retail management or store supervision
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Ability to manage sales targets and staff performance
4. Experience in stock control and supplier coordination
5. Knowledge of bathroom fittings, hardware, or home improvement products is desirable
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
