Sandwich Chefs Lilydale is looking for an energetic Retail Manager to lead our team and take our store to the next level!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Inspire, train and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure food quality, presentation and hygiene standards are consistently upheld
- Manage inventory, control costs and drive sales growth
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in retail or hospitality management (1+ years preferred)
- A hands-on leader with excellent communication and team-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards (Food Safety Certificate is an advantage)
- Valid working rights in Australia
