1. Lead and manage all operations to ensure our store team delivers excellent customer service.
2. Train and coach staff while maintaining food safety standards.
3. Handle stock management, cash control, and recruitment.

We’re looking for people with:

1. At least one year of work experience in a similar position
2. Diploma or higher in Business or similar field or being enrolled in one
3. Hold a current Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) certificate expedited by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
4. Organisational and communication skills
5. Leadership abilities
6. Excellent team skills
7. Coaching and training experience
8. A great attitude!

1. Stock monitoring, ordering and management
2. Leading the store during a shift
3. Training and coaching other team members
4. Maintaining food safety standards
