We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our sales and marketing functions, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market presence. This is a key leadership role responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating organisational sales and marketing strategies.
Salary Range: $75,000 – $80,000 per annum + superannuation

Key Responsibilities
•Plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate the organisation’s sales and marketing activities in line with business objectives.
•Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
•Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
•Identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets, products, and services, aligned with organisational growth objectives.
•Establish pricing strategies, sales budgets, and performance targets to maximise profitability and commercial outcomes.
•Direct and oversee revenue generation strategies, ensuring achievement of sales targets and long-term business growth objectives.
•Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives.
•Develop and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and suppliers to support product sourcing, pricing competitiveness, and overall service delivery.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to support business growth.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales, operations, and service delivery.
•Lead, manage, and supervise the sales and marketing team, including setting performance objectives, monitoring staff performance, and driving a high-performance culture.
•Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing performance, preparing reports and adjusting strategies as required.
• Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with organisational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
