About EstateX

EstateX partners with real estate agents across Sydney to help homeowners prepare their properties for market. We provide all pre-sale preparation services under a pay-on-settlement model, allowing vendors to complete renovations, styling, repairs, and upgrades without paying upfront.

Our mission is simple: help agents sell homes faster and for more money while removing financial barriers for vendors.

This role is responsible for:

  1. Building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents
  2. Converting property opportunities into EstateX projects
  3. Managing projects from approval through to completion
  4. Acting as the key liaison between agents, vendors, and contractors

Sales & Business Development

  1. Leverage existing real estate networks to generate project opportunities
  2. Build relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and vendors
  3. Identify properties that would benefit from pre-sale improvements
  4. Present EstateX solutions to agents and vendors
  5. Convert opportunities into signed projects

Project Management

  1. Oversee renovation and preparation projects from start to finish
  2. Coordinate trades, suppliers, and schedules
  3. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  4. Maintain communication between agents, vendors, and contractors
  5. Conduct property visits and progress checks

Relationship Management

  1. Maintain strong ongoing relationships with agents
  2. Ensure a smooth experience for vendors using the EstateX service
  3. Create repeat referral opportunities through strong service delivery

Ideal Candidate

  1. Experience in real estate sales, property management, or property development
  2. Strong network within the Sydney real estate industry
  3. Confident communicator and relationship builder
  4. Highly organised with strong project coordination skills
  5. Ability to identify value-add opportunities in properties
  6. Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
