About EstateX
EstateX partners with real estate agents across Sydney to help homeowners prepare their properties for market. We provide all pre-sale preparation services under a pay-on-settlement model, allowing vendors to complete renovations, styling, repairs, and upgrades without paying upfront.
Our mission is simple: help agents sell homes faster and for more money while removing financial barriers for vendors.
This role is responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents
- Converting property opportunities into EstateX projects
- Managing projects from approval through to completion
- Acting as the key liaison between agents, vendors, and contractors
Sales & Business Development
- Leverage existing real estate networks to generate project opportunities
- Build relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and vendors
- Identify properties that would benefit from pre-sale improvements
- Present EstateX solutions to agents and vendors
- Convert opportunities into signed projects
Project Management
- Oversee renovation and preparation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and schedules
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Maintain communication between agents, vendors, and contractors
- Conduct property visits and progress checks
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with agents
- Ensure a smooth experience for vendors using the EstateX service
- Create repeat referral opportunities through strong service delivery
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in real estate sales, property management, or property development
- Strong network within the Sydney real estate industry
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Highly organised with strong project coordination skills
- Ability to identify value-add opportunities in properties
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
Base Salary + Commision
