Job description: Roles: Early Childhood Senior Educator
Location: Emerald – Regional QLD
Salary Range: Senior Educators - $39.85 per hour

Your Impact!
As a Senior Educator, you will be a team player, collaborating with your peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.  

You’ll need:
* Senior Educator - Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Having passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
* Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
