About the Role
We are partnering with a globally recognised brand in the retail/QSR space to appoint a Senior Project Manager to support their national construction and development program. This is a fast-paced and high-impact role delivering new builds, reinvestment projects, and rollout initiatives across a portfolio of 1,000+ locations, with $100M annual capex and 40+ new sites targeted in 2026.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver multi-site construction projects from new builds to reinvestments
- Manage stakeholder relationships with franchisees, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure programs are delivered efficiently, maintaining cost control, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Support the ongoing success of the development program and contribute to team knowledge sharing
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in QSR, retail, fuel stations, or other high-volume rollout environments
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced construction programs with multiple priorities
- Knowledge of contractual obligations, capex governance, and risk management
