About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our venue. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high customer service standards, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the venue
  2. Ensure exceptional customer service and enhance the overall guest experience
  3. Manage operational budgets, control costs, and support profitability outcomes
  4. Monitor financial performance, including daily reconciliations and reporting
  5. Oversee stock control, procurement, and inventory management
  6. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
  8. Lead, recruit, train, and supervise staff
  9. Work closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain high-quality standards
  10. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  11. Identify and implement strategies to improve revenue and business performance

About You

  1. Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality management (or at least 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for a formal qualification)
  2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role
  3. Proven leadership and team management skills
  4. Strong communication and customer service abilities
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  6. Sound understanding of hospitality operations and compliance requirements
