Site Manager – Multi-Residential Construction
Aged Care Projects
Our client is a well-established construction firm based in Victoria, with more than 30 years’ experience delivering quality projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, education, government, health and aged care facilities.
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and coordinate aged-care residential developments. This is an exciting opportunity to drive high-quality delivery of purpose-built residential facilities in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure timely project completion.
- Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain exceptional construction outcomes.
- Interpret and implement site drawings and plans with precision.
- Liaise with key stakeholders.
- Enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance on-site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site issues efficiently to prevent delays.
Key Requirements
- Trade qualification in carpentry or a relevant degree.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in multi-residential construction.
- Experience managing sites over $40 million
- Strong understanding of building structures
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple trades on-site.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- A commitment to maintaining workplace health and safety standards.
