Site Supervisor (Civil Engineer)

Olnee Constructions is a specialist rammed earth construction company delivering high quality, sustainable structural solutions across residential and commercial projects. We work closely with architects, engineers and clients to deliver structurally sound and architecturally distinctive outcomes.

We are seeking qualified Supervisor (Civil Engineer) to oversee and manage engineering and technical aspects of our rammed earth and associated structural works. This role combines engineering analysis, design coordination and onsite supervision to ensure all works are delivered in accordance with engineering standards, project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Successful candidate must be able to apply civil engineering principles to plan, analyse and oversee rammed earth and structural construction works.

Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications to ensure integrity and compliance, provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve engineering issues during construction, coordinate with external engineers, monitor construction quality and ensure works conform to Australian Standards.

Bachelors degree or higher qualifications in Civil Engineering

Demonstrate experience in Civil or Structural engineering

Strong understanding of soil mechanics, structural behavior, construction methodologies, ability to interpret and prepare technical documentation

Excellent communication and leadership skills
