We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors and Project Managers to lead delivery across major commercial, high-rise, and infrastructure developments.

The Role

You will take ownership of construction delivery across site operations on large-scale commercial projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

All works are undertaken in accordance with applicable Australian Codes and Standards.

Key responsibilities:

Site Supervisors:

-Manage day-to-day site operations and trade coordination

-Supervise site teams and ensure safe, efficient delivery

-Monitor quality, productivity, and program targets

-Coordinate materials, plant, and site activities

-Identify and resolve site issues and risks

-Ensure compliance with project plans, safety requirements, and standards

Project Managers:

-Overall site and project management responsibility

-Manage project budgets, programs, and delivery outcomes

-Client liaison including meetings, reporting, and correspondence

-Oversee project planning including QMP and HSE implementation

-Lead and support site teams to achieve project milestones

-Drive project performance, team coordination, and successful delivery outcomes

About You

Site Supervisors:

-Trade-qualified in a construction-related discipline

-Proven experience supervising site-based construction on commercial or large-scale projects

-Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination

-Ability to lead and motivate teams to meet program targets

-Comfortable working in a hands-on role

Project Managers:

-Degree-qualified in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar

or

-Trade-qualified with extensive project management experience

-Proven experience managing commercial or large-scale construction projects

-Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control

-Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills

-Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy

Important

-This is a full-time, site-based role in Papua New Guinea

-FIFO arrangements are not available

-Applicants must be willing to relocate and work internationally

-Working conditions in PNG may differ from Australian, New Zealand, or South African sites and require adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving
