Are you an experienced Speech Therapist who is passionate about supporting children and families to feel included, empowered, and connected in their communities?

At OKAY Therapy, we’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, compassion, and professionalism to their work—and who values meaningful relationships just as much as clinical skill.

This isn’t a typical allied health role. It’s a place where your work has purpose, your wellbeing matters, and you can grow alongside a team that genuinely cares about connection, community, and real impact.

    Who We Are

OKAY Therapy is a welcoming, multidisciplinary team of Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers supporting families, schools, and communities across Victoria.

We are deeply committed to building inclusive communities and creating a workplace where people can truly thrive. Our practice is grounded in strong relationships, open communication, and evidence-informed therapy. By taking the time to understand each individual and their goals, we deliver tailored support that builds skills, confidence, belonging, and meaningful change.

You’ll be joining a team that genuinely cares about their work—and about one another.

    Who You Are

You’re an experienced Speech Therapist who brings warmth, creativity, and professionalism to your work. You care deeply about client outcomes while also valuing your own wellbeing. You enjoy autonomy and flexibility, but also love being part of a supportive, playful, and values-driven team.

    Who You Are

You’re an experienced Speech Therapist who brings a mix of warmth, professionalism, creativity and drive. You care deeply about outcomes for clients but also your own wellbeing. You enjoy autonomy, yet love being part of a nurturing and playful team.

You will thrive with us if you are:

    1. Authentic + Human

You’re approachable, grounded and inclusive in how you communicate and support families.

    2. Playful with Purpose

You bring lightness and humour where it helps, using joy to create safety and connection without compromising professionalism.

    3. Clear + Caring

You explain things simply. You help families navigate complex systems with clarity, empathy and don’t use jargon.

    4. Inclusive + Respectful

You create spaces where people feel uplifted, valued and safe to be themselves.

    5. Curious + Innovative

You’re reflective, open to new ideas, and committed to ongoing learning. You love exploring better ways to support clients and create impact.

And importantly, you’re productive, organised and committed to meeting compliance requirements so we can continue providing exceptional, ethical services.

    • Clear communication skills and a client-centric approach.

    • Willingness to collaborate with therapists, educators and community partners.
