WA: Busselton, Eaton Fair, Djugun, Karratha
SA: Adelaide, Elizabeth
NT: Alice Springs
This is a full-time position. We are seeking a Store Supervisor who will inspire the team through their commitment to excellent customer service and a people-first leadership style. As a Store Supervisor, you will:
1.Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth and effective workflow
2.Motivate the team to meet sales objectives by training and supervising staff
3.Assign staff to daily tasks, supervise the team works
4.Provide excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues
5.Manage stock levels, report to Recruitment Manager and order new stock
6.Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
7.Meet sales targets. Manage work schedule and wage targets to optimize productivity
8.Identify opportunities to grow the team and team skills
About You:
1.At least 1 year experience in retail or a supervisory role
2.Diploma or above in the filed of management is strongly preferred
3.Strong leadership and communication skills
4.Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
5.Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
6.Availability to work flexible hours
7.A current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain if successful
