Supply and Distribution Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to lead end-to-end supply, warehousing and distribution operations. You will ensure inventory accuracy, reliable dispatch, and strong delivery performance, while upholding our farm-to-store promise of freshness and quality. As we expand our team to support business growth, you will play a critical role in strengthening our supply chain resilience and replenishment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and monitor supply, storage and distribution strategies, operational plans and service standards.

2. Plan and manage inventory levels to support product availability while minimising storage and handling costs.

3. Oversee warehousing and stock control systems for accuracy, traceability and compliance.

4. Maintain systems to track goods movements and ensure timely replenishment, stock rotation and re-ordering.

5. Coordinate dispatch and delivery with logistics providers and stores, including transport planning and order fulfilment; align service arrangements/commercial terms to meet cost and delivery requirements.

6. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of storage and distribution transactions.

7. Direct warehouse and logistics staff activities and monitor performance, including performance management, training and continuous process improvement.

Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree or higher

2. Minimum of five years' experience in supply & distribution, warehousing & logistics, or inventory management (preferably in food, meat, or related fields).

3. Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing operations and distribution planning.

4. Demonstrated ability to build/improve data-driven inventory systems (stock accuracy, traceability, rotation and replenishment).

5. Experience ensuring end-to-end visibility and traceability across inbound-to-outbound supply chain processes.

6. Track record of optimising dispatch and transport planning to improve delivery performance and operational efficiency.

7. Experience coordinating with and managing the performance of logistics partners/3PL providers to improve service reliability and cost-effectiveness (highly regarded). 8. Leadership capability in managing warehouse/logistics teams.
