What you will do:

  1. Analyse solar energy related supply chain data, including procurement, inventory levels, logistics, and distribution performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain forecasting models to support demand planning and ensure optimal stock levels for solar products and components.
  3. Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to improve supply chain processes, lead times, and service delivery.
  4. Monitor inventory movements and warehouse performance, ensuring accurate stock records and efficient storage practices.
  5. Assist in procurement planning by evaluating supplier performance, pricing structures, and delivery reliability.
  6. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into supply chain KPIs, including cost, service levels, and operational efficiency.
  7. Identify risks and disruptions within the supply chain and recommend strategies to mitigate impact on business operations.
  8. Support the implementation and improvement of supply chain systems, processes, and policies to enhance overall efficiency.
  9. Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability objectives.

What you should have:

  1. You must have at least 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst.
  2. Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, Power BI, or similar).
  5. Understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  7. Strong communication skills and ability to explain your findings to stakeholders clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
