Position Purpose
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across technical roles. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to attract, engage, and secure top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

- 12-month fixed-term contract
- Salary: $120K–$130K + 14% super
- 6 weeks’ annual leave (incl. additional leave benefit)
- Free onsite parking
- No security clearance required
- On-site, stakeholder-facing role
The Opportunity
This is a dynamic, hands-on recruitment role within a collaborative People & Culture team.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruitment delivery
- Recruiting technical roles across the business
- Headhunting via SEEK, LinkedIn and networks
- Partnering with hiring managers
- Managing candidate pipelines
- Coordinating interviews and offers
- Maintaining accurate reporting and recruitment administration
- Building strong internal stakeholder relationships
About You – What You’ll Bring
You are a proactive and confident recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Agency or in-house background
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience recruiting technical roles
- Strong headhunting capability
- Excellent administration and reporting skills
- Experience with HR systems
- Australian Citizenship (essential)
Highly regarded:
- Defence recruitment experience
- Exposure to engineering or project-based environments
