We are currently looking for additional tour guides to join our growing team and support the delivery of outstanding guest experiences across our luxury tours.

Position Available:

We are hiring FULL-TIME Tour Guides to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will assist in delivering high-quality guided tours, ensure smooth day-to-day tour operations, and provide an exceptional experience for all guests.

Ideal candidates will have some experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for showcasing the local region are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  1. Transporting guests between accommodation and key points of interest in a safe and timely manner.
  2. Planning and delivering engaging, informative commentary throughout luxury tours.
  3. Accompanying and guiding visitors during tours, highlighting cultural, historical, ecological, and local points of interest.
  4. Ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of all tour participants at all times.
  5. Assisting with the coordination of tour logistics, including transport arrangements, schedules, accommodation links, and meal planning where required.
  6. Providing tailored recommendations on local attractions, activities, dining, and services.
  7. Responding to guest questions and resolving any concerns professionally during tours.
  8. Conducting ongoing research to stay informed about local history, culture, environment, and attractions to enhance guest experience.
  9. Working closely with other tour guides and operations staff to improve tour routes, itineraries, and overall guest experience.
  10. Maintaining accurate records of tour schedules, guest numbers, and any feedback or incidents to support operational quality and compliance.

Requirements:

  1. Certificate IV qualification (or higher) in a relevant field.
  2. At least 1 year of relevant tour-guiding or tourism-industry experience.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver clear, engaging, and informative tour commentary.
  4. Excellent customer service skills with a professional, friendly attitude and the ability to interact confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds.
