About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing sales and property management trust accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day financial operations.
Key Duties:
- Process sales transactions, commissions & settlements
- Manage rent receipting, landlord payments & reconciliations
- Maintain trust accounts (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Handle invoices, payroll support & general accounts
About You:
- Proven trust accounting experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong knowledge of legislation & compliance
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using accounting & real estate software
