About the Role

As the VCE Health & Human Development and Psychology Teacher, you will deliver engaging senior classes across Year 11 and 12, with additional involvement in junior PE within a team-teaching environment.

You will be stepping into an existing program with a supported handover, giving you the chance to settle in quickly and confidently. This is a great opportunity for a teacher with prior VCE experience or a graduated teacher who has done VCE placements.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging VCE Health & Human Development and Psychology lessons aligned to VCAA Study Designs
* Support student learning through clear, timely and constructive feedback
* Contribute to a collaborative faculty approach to curriculum delivery
* Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment for students across Years 7-12

You will have:

* Tertiary qualifications in Education
* Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
* Experience teaching VCE Health & Human Development and Psychology
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to work within a team-based teaching environment
* Graduate teachers are encouraged to apply if you can teach VCE classes
