About the Role
You’ll be working across residential renovation projects, primarily bathrooms, kitchens, and laundries. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working in live environments and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install wall and floor tiles to a high standard
- Prepare surfaces including waterproofing, levelling, and substrate preparation
- Measure, cut, and lay tiles accurately to plans and layouts
- Grouting, silicone, and finishing to a clean, professional standard
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised job sites
- Work closely with other trades and supervisors
About You
- Experience in wall and floor tiling (renovation experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of your work
- Positive attitude and team mindset (non-negotiable)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- White Card and driver’s licence required
