Code Innovation Pty Ltd are looking for skilled and passionate Full Time Web Administrator.

About the role:

As Web Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the clients’ website and web-based systems to ensure high performance, security, reliability, and continuous availability. Duties include monitoring website functionality, troubleshooting technical issues, managing web hosting environments, performing system updates and backups, maintaining domain and DNS configurations, implementing security measures, and optimizing website speed and user experience. The role also involves coordinating with developers, designers, and clients to implement website enhancements, content updates, and system improvements while ensuring compliance with organizational and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and monitor website performance, availability, functionality, and security to ensure reliable and uninterrupted online services.
2. Manage web hosting environments, domain registrations, DNS configurations, SSL certificates, and server settings to support secure and efficient website operations.
3. Update website content, plugins, themes, and applications while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
4. Perform regular system backups, software updates, security patches, and preventive maintenance to ensure data integrity and system stability.
5. Support and administer CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal, including user management, customization, and content publishing.
6. Coordinate with web developers, designers, and clients to implement website enhancements, system upgrades, and functionality improvements.
7. Monitor website analytics, traffic, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improved user experience.
8. Implement website optimization techniques, including page speed improvements, SEO best practices, and mobile responsiveness enhancements.
9. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, web standards, and cybersecurity requirements while maintaining accurate technical documentation.

Candidate must have:

1. 1-2 years previous experience as a Marketing Specialist.
2. Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Web Administration, or related field
3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web hosting technologies
4. Experience with Linux/Windows server administration
5. Familiarity with database management and website security practices
6. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
