An experienced and qualified MIG Welder is required for X-Treme Chassis Pty Ltd. The company is an industry leader in manufacturing durable, reliable and state-of-the-art chassis for the caravan industry. The company is based in Epping, Victoria.
About the role:
You will utilise your strong welding skills, operating primarily MIG welders and preferably have experience within the trailer or closely related manufacturing business.
The Successful Applicant must have:
* Suitable qualifications - Certificate III - Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent.
* No less than 1-year relevant employment experience.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
* Chassis Manufacturing, including chassis for caravans, preferred.
* Operating CNC, Manual Press brake and Guillotine.
* Operating and using air tools.
* Reading blueprints and drawings, to ensure correct measurements and layout.
* Analyse the requirements and determine the appropriate welding equipment and tools required.
