Due to workshop growth and an internal promotion, we're looking for another Workshop Controller to join our freshly renovated light vehicle workshop in Orange.
This is your chance to make the role your own!
About the Role
You'll be the central communication point for our high-volume workshop, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with our Service Advisors, Technicians and Customer Relationship Management team, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and allocate vehicle repair orders throughout the workshop
- Coordinate parts and accessories requirements
- Support a strong team culture and positive working environment
- Ensure high levels of customer service at all times
About You:
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Keen to learn, adaptable, and proactive
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Previous experience in an automotive or service environment
- Qualified mechanic would be at an advantage
