Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum + Superannuation (commensurate with experience)

About the Business

We operate four established restaurant locations specialising in Asian fusion cuisine. The business has experienced steady growth and requires an experienced Retail Manager to oversee multi-site operations and ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all four restaurant locations, including:

• Managing and coordinating staff across multiple sites, including rostering, recruitment, and performance management• Monitoring sales performance, budgets, and financial outcomes across all locations• Ensuring consistent customer service standards and operational procedures• Managing stock control, inventory systems, and supplier relationships• Implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive business growth• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations• Supervising and supporting venue supervisors and team leaders• Analysing business performance reports and implementing operational improvements• Handling customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery processes

Skills and Experience Required

• Relevant Diploma qualification in business, management, or hospitality• At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality management role• Proven experience managing multiple sites or high-volume venues (preferred)• Strong leadership and team management skills• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control• Knowledge of inventory management and supplier coordination• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment• Mandrin-speaking is advantageous
